COPYRIGHT TAKEDOWN POLICY

The Cue Club respects intellectual property rights. This policy complies with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) and the Australian Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
1. Reporting Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without authorisation, send a written notice to our Copyright Agent containing ALL of the following:
- Your full name, company (if applicable), address, phone, and email.
- A description of the copyrighted work (track title, artist name, ISRC if available).
- The specific URL or listing name of the allegedly infringing content on The Cue Club.
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights-holder.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Our Response
- Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the uploader that their content was removed.
- Record the notice as required by law.
3. Counter-Notice
Uploaders who believe content was removed in error may submit a counter-notice including: their name and contact details; identification of the removed material; a statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief in error; consent to jurisdiction; and their signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
The Cue Club terminates accounts of repeat infringers — any user receiving two or more valid takedown notices within 12 months.
