• Account: name, email, DJ name, password (hashed).
• Payment: processed by Stripe — we store only transaction references and masked card details.
• Seller payout details stored securely via Stripe Connect.
• Content: audio files, XML files, pack metadata you upload.
• Consent records: timestamped signature, IP address, reference number for every listing.
• Usage: log data, purchase history, sales history.

2. How We Use It

• To operate the platform and process transactions.
• To verify identity and enforce our Terms.
• To send service communications (receipts, payout notifications).
• To respond to legal requests and copyright claims.
• To send marketing communications where you have opted in.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with Stripe (payments), cloud hosting providers, legal authorities where required by law, and rights-holders in the context of a valid copyright dispute.

4. Data Retention

• Account data retained while your account is active and for 7 years after closure.
• Consent records and upload logs retained for 7 years to support potential IP disputes.
